We totally get that sometimes things just aren’t the right fit. For change-of-mind returns, you can send your Inara back within 30 days of delivery, just make sure the box is still sealed, and the device is unused for hygiene reasons. (We use a clear sticker seal so it’s easy to tell!) You’ll just need to cover return shipping. Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund.

Oh no! If your Inara arrives damaged or develops a fault, please let us know straight away. We’ll organise a free return or replacement for you, no stress, no extra cost. Your happiness (and a working device) is our priority.

Every Inara device comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any faults or defects in normal use. You’re also protected by Australian Consumer Law, so if something goes wrong outside the warranty period and it’s reasonable to expect your device to last longer, we’ll help sort it out.
