Arousi currently ships within Australia and to selected international destinations.
If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to that location is not currently offered.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

All Arousi orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.
There is no reference to product contents on the outside of the parcel, and billing descriptors are kept neutral to protect your privacy.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your country’s customs office.
Arousi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
